General Information
The companies that buy and process the materials you bring to us have very specific requirements.  If loads are “contaminated” by unacceptable materials, we are charged for the pick-up instead of paid for the materials.
 
Please help our not-for-profit earn financial resources to provide programs and services for the senior residents of our community by sorting your recycled items as follows:

Aluminum cans:  Soft drink or beer cans only–no food or nutritional drink cans

Corrugated Cardboard:  Boxes with “wavy” section between two cardboard pieces.  No egg cartons, please.  Cereal boxes and pop cartons OK.  Please remove styrofoam and other packing.

Newspapers/Phone Books:  In paper bags or loose – no plastic bags, please.  No magazines, please.

Office Papers: White only – No colored paper, please.  Loose only – please do not package in paper or plastic bags.  No Shredded paper.  No Paper clips.  (staples OK)  No rubber bands, or binders (glued or spiral), please.  May include plain envelopes without windows, and uncoated cardstock.    No sticky notes or tissues, please.
