SILVER LEVEL - $150 per quarter

• Unlimited use of Indoor Walking track, Exercise & Computer Equipment & Game Room
• Participation in variety of free Events, Groups, Clubs, Classes, Services & Games
• Unlimited participation in group fitness classes (except aquatics)
• May participate in any other fee-based classes, trips or events by paying related fees

GOLD LEVEL - $185 per quarter

• Unlimited use of Indoor Walking track, Exercise & Computer Equipment & Game Room
• Participation in variety of free Events, Groups, Clubs, Classes, Services & Games
• Unlimited participation in group fitness classes
• Unlimited participation in aquatic classes & activities - clean, comfortable 86° indoor pool
• May participate in any other fee-based classes, trips or events by paying related fees

Please Note

While PLE honors a no refund policy, we will gladly extend your membership if you are unable to attend programs for an extended period of time due to major illness, surgery and/or injury.  A release from your medical doctor is required for a membership extension. Wellness punch cards are valid for three months, non-refundable and non-transferable.  Memberships are not extended if PLE is closed or classes canceled for weather conditions or holidays.

Facts About Membership

• Membership is not refundable or transferable.  Refunds cannot be issued for non-usage of the facility.
• Members must be aged 50 or older, with the exception of members' spouses under the age of 50.
• Memberships are paid quarterly, and are valid for three months from the date of registration.
• Membership fees are due at the time of membership registration.
• Dues are subject to change at any time.
• Existing members with long term travel plans may extend their membership by one month for $20 at the Bronze level.  In addition, punch cards may be purchased for classes.

Membership Benefits

• All members will have free access to the walking track, exercise equipment, and an assortment of groups, clubs and activities at the Activity Center. All members will receive a membership card.
• All members will be have the Opportunity Beacon (Activity Schedule) mailed directly to their home.

Guest Policy

• Adult, out-of-town guests may use the walking track and participate in all free activities by purchasing a one-week pass for $10.  If a program, trip, class, or workshop requires a fee, the guest must pay the non-member fee associated with the activity that they attend.  Guests may not used the exercise equipment, or participate in any fitness classes. PrimeLife Enrichment, Inc. reserves the right to restrict guest attendance if the facility or activity is crowded or member full.
• Younger guests accompanied by an adult, may visit the Center but may participate only in the event of a special integrated activity.  Children must be supervised at all times, and may not be left unattended while a member participates in a class or activity.

Non-Member

Most PLE activities are for Members Only, though there are some exceptions including:  Daily meals; classes offererd in partnership with The Arthritis Foundation; Support Groups; Educational programs by St. Vincent Hospital, CICOA Aging & In-Home Solutions or SHIP (State Health Insurance Assistance Program), etc.  All such exceptions will be noted in the Opportunity Beacon.   Non-Members must pay the non-refundable, non-member fee listed with each program, trip, class or workshop that they attend.  A fee paid by a non-member to participate in an activity cannot be applied to a membership if the non-member decides to later become a PrimeLife Enrichment Center member.   

Membership Assistance
Assistance is based on current financial need and is reassessed each year.  Discussions are held in complete confidence.  All individual members who volunteer for PLE, can earn a reduced membership renewal fee toward their next year's membership.
